Terms of Service
Last updated: June 12, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TubeLens ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
TubeLens provides a multi-tenant workspace for connecting YouTube channels, capturing time-bucketed analytics snapshots, and comparing video and channel performance. The Service relies on the YouTube Data API and is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use TubeLens.
4. YouTube Data
When you connect a YouTube channel, TubeLens stores OAuth tokens and channel data you authorize us to access. You may revoke access at any time via your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access stops new syncs; previously captured data may persist until you delete the connection.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer the Service; (b) use it to violate any law or third-party rights; (c) attempt to access data belonging to other tenants; or (d) abuse the YouTube Data API quota allocated to the Service.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Analytics data is sourced from the YouTube Data API and may be incomplete or delayed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubeLens and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
